Operator and current services

ARCRESO is operated by 煦禾电子商务, based in Ningbo, Zhejiang, China. This notice describes browser storage and security services used by arcreso.com. Privacy questions can be sent to [email protected].

The public interface uses functional session storage. WordPress uses authentication and preference cookies for administrators. Cloudflare provides delivery and security, including Access protection for the administration routes. External Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads tags are currently disabled.

Vehicle and wheel preferences

The session-storage record arcstate-build-v1 keeps selected vehicle make, model, year, wheel size, design, quantity, finish, unknown-year choice and design direction. It supports carrying a selection to the request page and returning to edit it.

This record does not contain your name, email, WhatsApp number, request description, reference links or file names. Avoid unrelated personal information in the vehicle fields. Session storage is scoped to the website origin and browser-tab session; browser session restoration can affect when a session ends.

Successful-request memory

The session-storage record arcstate-lead-events remembers internal ARC request references already counted by the browser. It does not contain the request body or contact details. This browser safeguard is separate from the server’s 24-hour identical-request check. Clearing it does not delete a request saved on the server.

Administration and security

WordPress uses cookies for administrator login, authentication, selected screen preferences and a login test. Their duration depends on the login choice and function. Administrator cookies are distinct from ordinary visitors’ preference storage.

Cloudflare Access processes administrator sign-in and session security. Cloudflare may also apply security checks and security cookies when needed. We do not claim that every visitor receives an Access login cookie or that security storage is advertising measurement.

Optional measurement and your controls

No external Google measurement tags are currently activated. Submitting a build request or agreeing to its assessment does not authorize advertising tracking. Optional measurement would require a separate configuration, notice and choice process before activation.

You can clear website cookies and storage in your browser. This can remove saved selections or an administrator login. It does not remove submitted server records; use the information-request process in the Privacy Policy for those records. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
