Information in a build request

The form collects your name, destination country, preferred contact method, email or WhatsApp number, vehicle make and model, year or an unknown-year choice, quantity and request description. Choosing WhatsApp makes that number required; choosing Email makes the email address required. The other contact channel is optional.

You may provide wheel size, design and finish preferences, concavity, PCD, offset, center bore, reference links and up to three reference images. We also record the form origin, your confirmation that the material may be used to assess and answer the request, and an internal request reference.

Website delivery, security and abuse prevention can process information such as IP address, browser details, requested URL and request time. An IP-based short-term safeguard limits repeated submissions. These operational uses are separate from advertising measurement.

Why we use it and who can access it

We use the supplied information to understand the desired appearance and specifications, assess the request, ask follow-up questions, respond through the selected channel and discuss an individually scoped project. Submitting a request does not place an order or confirm price, feasibility or vehicle fitment.

Requests are saved as private WordPress records, accessible to authorized administrators. They are not public articles or publicly available through the WordPress REST API. A notification contains the request details and an administrator link. A notification failure does not delete a saved request.

Reference images and confidential material

The form accepts at most three JPG, PNG or WebP images, up to 5 MB each. Stored references are kept outside the public website directory and outside the WordPress public media library. Viewing a saved reference requires administrator authorization; routine notification emails do not attach the images.

Share only material needed for the discussion and that you are entitled to share. Avoid identity documents, account credentials, payment details, unnecessary faces, number plates and confidential third-party information. The current upload process does not promise to remove image metadata such as embedded location information.

Hosting, email and external contacts

The website currently uses temporary Amazon Web Services hosting. Cloudflare provides domain DNS, HTTPS delivery and Tunnel connectivity; Cloudflare Access protects the administration routes. The operator administers the project from China. Hosting and service providers may process information outside your country, including outside China.

Cloudflare Email Service delivers internal request notifications to the operator’s Google Gmail mailbox. Messages sent to [email protected] and [email protected] are also forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to that mailbox. Google processes the resulting email correspondence. No customer mailing list or automatic promotional subscription is created by submitting a build request.

Opening WhatsApp or your email application starts a separate communication channel. Information you choose to send through it is also processed by that service. Any sharing with a project supplier or other partner is limited to the agreed project needs and responsibilities; no manufacturer or logistics partner is represented as appointed by this policy.

Browser storage and measurement

Functional session storage carries selected vehicle and wheel preferences between pages and remembers request references already counted by the browser. It does not store your name, email, WhatsApp number, request text, reference links or file names. Details are described in the Cookie and Storage Notice.

External Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads tags are currently disabled. Agreement to use request details for assessment and a reply does not authorize advertising tracking. Optional measurement would require a separate configuration and notice before activation.

Retention and information requests

For an enquiry with no further discussion, our working retention approach is to review it manually after 12 months from the last contact and remove information no longer needed. This is a manual review process, not an automatic deletion system. Active projects and records needed for agreed obligations or an unresolved issue are reviewed according to their continuing purpose.

The 24-hour identical-request safeguard is a duplicate-processing window, not a deletion deadline. Restricted backups can contain earlier copies; deletion handling includes reviewing these copies and their continuing need. Backup copies are used for recovery rather than ordinary customer follow-up.

You may request access, correction, deletion or an end to the enquiry discussion by writing to [email protected]. Include the request reference if available and use the contact channel associated with it. We may make proportionate checks before disclosing or changing a record. We will explain any information that needs to remain for an active project, an unresolved issue or applicable recordkeeping obligations. Do not send identity or payment documents unless a specific, appropriate verification step is agreed.

Changes to the deployed services or information handling will be reflected in this notice. The date above identifies this version.
